NROL: Break-in
NROL: Fat Loss I
NROL: Fat Loss II
NROL: Hypertrophy I
NROL: Hypertrophy II
NROL: Fat Loss III (part 1)
NROL: Strength I
My next workout will be:
Undecided… after completing a year of NROL, I will have to figure out where to go next.

Love this spreadsheet! Any chance of you doing Hypertrophy II and so on?

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, actually H-II will be my next workout. I was thinking of putting FL-III in there earlier, but we’ll see how it goes…
