As of 10/27/2008, I have decided to start doing CrossFit full time (at CrossFit Hickory).
Workouts I have completed:
I started in the Summer of 2007 with a full year of New Rules of Lifting “Eternal Beginner” program. My workout logs from my NROL experience are listed below:
NROL: Break-in
NROL: Fat Loss I
NROL: Fat Loss II
NROL: Hypertrophy I
NROL: Hypertrophy II
NROL: Fat Loss III (part 1)
NROL: Strength I
NROL: Fat Loss III (part 2)
After finishing the full year of NROL, I decided to work on strength some more. I completed the “volume” phase and about half of the “intensity” phase of a Stronglifts-based program, before I started feeling like I was pushing too hard.

Love this spreadsheet! Any chance of you doing Hypertrophy II and so on?

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, actually H-II will be my next workout. I was thinking of putting FL-III in there earlier, but we’ll see how it goes…
