A while back I took some time to clean up the shop so I could snap these photos. The shop isn’t ordinarily this clean. I have changed quite a few things since I took these pics. If you follow these pics in order, they create a kind of 360˚ tour of the shop:
Quite a few changes have been made since I took those pics – I now have a cabinet saw, a larger bandsaw, bigger floor-standing drill press, a real workbench. One of these days I’ll clean up again and snap some more photos…

Hi Monty,
hello from Sydney, Australia where I’ve just stumbled upon your site. Wow – what an inspiration – you must be the envy of many!
My lovely wife and I have just bought a gorgeous house in Sydney made of Western Red Cedar and I’m returning to a love of woodworking with a view to doing many of our own renovations, furniture building etc. and am in the process of designing a large garage to house what will be a generous workspace, hopefully one day not too dissimilar to yours. In fact, I’ll probably be looking towards your layout for pointers if you don’t mind.
So many thanks for providing a window into your world over there – it will be a marvellous journey for me to try to achieve something similar in the years to come! I’m very excited about it all.
Many regards,
David
